Achieve the flexibility you need in your garage workshop with these mobile tool carts. They allow you to easily wheel tools out of the way when not in use and provide plenty of tool storage underneath for accessories. These mobile tool carts provide a more stable platform than other tool carts due to their wider base. They are less likely to tip over with taller tools like drill presses or bench top band-saws.
The tool cart with multiple drawers works awesome for storing lots of smaller items like drill bits or hole saws for the drill press. The cart with doors is perfect for my router table or jointer, with plenty of additional storage below to store other tools neatly out of the way when not in use.
After i built my first Mobile Workshop Cart, i was amazed at how much it helped in my garage organization, and garage storage. This has quickly become my most convenient tool storage and favorite piece of shop furniture.
This guide is over 40 pages of step by step instructions with color images, and detailed close-ups, that walk you through the entire build process to build this useful addition to any workshop. The cart itself measures 28 1/2″ by 28 1/2″ by 31 1/8″ tall but height measurements vary depending on the casters chosen.
